    We are subletting a very spacious, fully furnished apartment at The Hub in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Location: It is about 1 mile from LSU main campus, and a 6 min drive to I-10. The complex is directly next to Walmart Neighborhood, Chinese restaurant, Subway, Nail Salon, Hair Salon, UPS, Walgreens/CVS, Raisin Canes, Gas Station. -$900/month. 900 sq. ft. Water is included. The only thing needed to pay for is electric. WIFI and cable are included and paid for by the Hub (Cox internet/cable). The WIFI and cable works great, the cable has many channels. Fully furnished (dining room table, 3 bar stools for the breakfast bar and 4 bar stools for the dining room table, long couch and single person couch, coffee table, 2 side tables, T.V. stand, three full size beds with bed frame and built in dresser, three desks with three chairs). Refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal in sink, and stove are included. -We are subletting the apartment. The lease ends December 28th, 2020. It is 900$ for both bedrooms per month, or $450 per bedroom. You can have two different people signed on two different leases per bedroom (one lease per bedroom). -The Hub is pet friendly. -Apartment #147 is 900 square feet and is the only apartment at The Hub with a full patio. This gives apt. 147 lots of privacy, as well as a comfortable outdoor setting. We were able to utilize the patio as a workout area, set up a fold out table and ate many meals, and grew herbs, peppers and had many plants. We are located on the second floor which relieves any worries about flooding. The patio faces west, so you can watch the beautiful Louisiana sunset every night. -The living room is very spacious. In fact, it is the largest living room The Hub offers. The living room transitions into an open kitchen. Included in the kitchen is a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove that run very efficiently. The living room and both bedrooms have a very clean and comfortable, new installed carpet, whereas the kitchen and both bathrooms have hardwood floor. -The master bedroom has two full size beds, a walk in closet, two desks with desk chairs, and a full bathroom. The other bedroom has one full size bed, a desk and a chair. -Both bathrooms have bathtubs with shower heads with very hot water and great water pressure. -There is no washer/dryer in the apt., however, there are two laundry rooms that you may use. $1.75 per wash and $1.50 per dryer. -The Hub has two beautiful pools that you may use whenever you'd like. They also have a home gym and pool table at the main office. -There is a mail room connected to the main office. If interested in a tour, please message me. Only thing you have to pay for us electric, water, cable/WiFi is included. Lease ends December 28th, 2020. You can move in anytime in August after the application process is completed.
