The home is the "Medlock" plan from Frank Betz Architects (http://www.frankbetz.com/homeplans/plan_info.html?pn=3562). We have lived in Texas, New York and Pennsylvania prior to Knoxville. Our experience is that this is a very friendly and open neighborhood. A mixture of families with children of all ages and couples with no children at home. Ethnically diverse with a number of non-Caucasian families. Mostly professionals - medicine, engineering, office management and education fields. Little turnover in housing and generally well-maintained. Homeowners association (optional).
