Quiet, cul de sac street on a deep, quiet channel leading out to the gulf. No bridges. At high tide you can be on plane and in the Gulf in 5 minutes. Compare that to some of the similarly priced houses in GH that have a ½ hour idle each way, going out and coming back. That may not mean much when you first move in, but it will after a few months. In other words location, location, location. (All canals and all streets in Gulf Harbors are not the same)
