Short walk to gas station/liquor store, good for people-watching when tour buses to Reno/Tahoe stop for rest period. Dual pane windows and cinderblock walls minimize construction noise and traffic in the area. School children sometimes get out of hand waiting for bus in parking lot next door but most people are already at work by that time. Property vandalism is low considering high exposure. Traffic cops sometimes park next to cinderblock wall to monitor activity in area but they usually can't be seen out of front windows.
