We are renting our sweet cottage on Levenseller Pond. The cottage is fully and comfortably furnished. Levenseller Pond does not alone motorized boats, so it's a quiet, calm place to stay. The cottage includes a full kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, a small dining area, and a lofted area with a queen size bed. Ideal for a solo renter or couple. Levenseller Pond is 15 minutes from downtown Camden and about 20 minutes from downtown Belfast. Home is available from Aug 1 - May 31. Rent includes all utilities - water, electric, propane, internet, and security system. Rent does not include garbage removal; there is a service the tenant can pay for or they can take trash to the Searsmont transfer station. Rent includes basic lawn care and snow plowing. Plowing of the road and driveway is included but any additional shoveling is not. There is space to park one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome with an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $200. Renter must report any pet damage immediately. We will have our contractor repair or replace the damage and the tenant will be fully liable financially for this damage. Absolutely no smoking or parties. While the house is fully furnished, linens are not included. Tenant should bring their own bedding and towels. We just installed a brand new washer/dryer. Please note that you must alert us if you will be away from the home for more than 24 hours in the winter. Tenant is responsible for any damage from frozen pipes resulting from their absence from the property. Tenant will be responsible for a final move-out cleaning fee of $200.
