1. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.
2. Online bookings are subject to owner approval. (Owners do not discriminate in accordance with federal and local law.)
3. Most pets allowed w/ additional deposit; inquire for details.
4. Hawaii taxes: GET (General Excise Tax) and TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) & County Surcharge not included in list price. TAT/OTAT not applicable for rentals over 6 months.
5. Deposits: Rentals less than 90 days require 20% holding deposit at booking (refundable per cancellation schedule), plus $500 refundable security deposit due at time of final confirmation payment. Rentals greater than 90 days require standard refundable security deposit (not to exceed one month's rent).
6. Cleaning fee of $300, due one-time prior to start of lease.
