Lease description

• No smoking. Utilities are included. I take care of trash and WiFi as well. I have a golden retriever that I take care of and keep out of trouble. I prefer to not have another pet in the house because the house is very new and well maintained. Overnight stays from guests are fine, but they cannot be extended stays. You will get access to the whole house excluding only a few rooms that are the homeowners private residence and the third bedroom. You may use the garage, but need to get my permission before using the garage or storing anything in there. There is a really nice finished basement area with a 65 inch TV big couch, dining room table and gas fireplace. This space is great for entertaining. I also pay for some streaming services that you're free to use as well. This will not be a traditional lease, but rather a roommate agreement that we will both sign. You will have the liberty to leave if need be.
