Mixed families, older and newer are younger. In mid 50's I'm told that this neighborhood was the place to live in Springfield. Most houses are nicely kept. Also, told that this house was the first house with an in-ground pool in Springfield. Current pool is new as old pool was removed before we purchased house. We arethe third owners.
