This is a "Make me Move" listing. I'm happy here but willing to move on. This is a great starter home and has been in my family since 1992. I was raised in the house and bought it from my parents, remodeled what I could and live in it currently. The house has a big back yard, a shed, and a detached 2 car garage on the street behind the home. The basement is nothing to look at, its 100+ years old and probably could use some TLC but we only go down there for storage and laundry, It does not leak water however. This summer (2017) we are looking to put in new flooring in the kitchen and walk in areas, along with redoing the front walk way and side porch with new concrete. It also has a back deck with its own private fenced in area, which has hottub hookups on the deck if you are wanting that. (8ft privacy fence) which is also inside a 6ft privacy fence that goes around the whole yard. Windows and Roof were all updated around the year 2000, the A/C system was updated around 2009, along with the hot water tank. Privacy fence was put in roughly 2 years ago. New Carpet 2 years ago. Tile Flooring in dining room and bathroom are roughly 3 years old. New crown molding was installed in the bathroom, dining room, kitchen, office, and living room. 60" LCD TV can stay with the house. (Living Room) 42" LCD TV can stay with the house. (Bedroom) Washer/Dryer can stay with the house. Both fridges can stay with the house. (Kitchen, and Basement) Pro's of this house: *Location, its in the center of everything. *Easy Maintenance *Big Yard *Lots of Storage. (Shed, Basement, Garage) *2 Driveways *2 More Bedrooms are possible for children downstairs if you redo 2 rooms in the basement, won't be very tall (Little less then 6 foot) for adults but perfect for children. Con's of this home: *Basement, super ugly. Used for Storage, Beer Fridge, and Laundry. Ceiling are a little less then 6 foot tall down there as well. *Upstairs in not on central air, Window unit will stay with the home to cool the upstairs and baseboard heaters in each room heat the upstairs. Once again this house isn't really up for sale, I'm just open to moving. Let me know if you have questions. Willing to pay up to $3000 in closing costs.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
