This home is very beautiful on the outside, on the inside it has a few quakes but nothing that can't be fixed. The carport does leak a little bit because the of the manner in which it was constructed but I'm sure a good contractor could get it fixed up for a reasonable price. The Washer and Dryer have their own room!!! Sure that is about all you will be able to fit in that room but it is a room; you just go outside through the kitchen exit into the carport and and the door on the left will gain you access to the D&W room! Throughout the outside of the brick foundation you will notice small cracks, I have been assured that this is just the house settling and there is not much that can be done about it it was just built on soft ground. Inside you will find a gorgeous fire place that is no longer operational, it was actually cheaper to remove the top and cap it off them to keep it as a permanent heat source but I'm sure you could put a new cap on if you desire it just depends on how much you want to spend. There are a few other problem in the house like I said but nothing that cannot be fixed for the right price.
