Two of the bedrooms are on either side of the bathroom and both have doors to access the bathroom. The third bedroom is very small, but would work great for a young child's bedroom. Landlord pays all utilities. Tenant is responsible for the internet. Pet Deposit is $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
