The units are all electric and our residents pay their own electric and water. Trash service is provided by the City of Kansas City at no charge. We do the lawn care but we do not do snow removal. We do not allow smoking or pets. The rent is $1100 per month and the security deposit is $1100. We do not accept any rental assistance program vouchers. The application fee is $25 per person and includes a credit report, rental history, employment verification and a background check. Our general requirements are: 1. Your gross monthly income needs to be at least three times the rental amount 2. No collections or a evictions from a former landlord or utility company 3. Stable employment history 4. No criminal background The lease term is 12 months.
