This Two Family was built in the late 60 s. The apartments are flats. The first floor is one apartment. The second floor is the other apartment. That is one apartment on top of the other. The apartment that is currently available is on the first floor. They are four rooms with a total square footage of about 850 sqft. Your big bedroom is 12x14, the small bedroom is 12x12. You get a nice big living room about 15x15 and a nice eat in kitchen about 12x14. There are plenty of cabinets and a decent amount of counter top. There is a stove and refrigerator. Your credit should be good. Generally they are looking for a credit score of 650 or better. The credit should be good for all applicants if more than one person is applying.
