What I love about Broadway lake is the Corp doesn't own it. On Broadway Lake a home owner can clear all the way to the lake for unobstructed views. The Lake level remains constant, only being dropped every other February so that home owners can work on their docks. Bring your water skis, and fishing pools, pontoon boat or just kayak. Broadway Lake is big enough to accommodate all. Broadway Lake Subdivision is a loose community of home owners, that help each other. The lot slops down to the water.
