Come own a slice of Heaven and seclusion that you can’t find just anywhere. Home sold as-is. Just had subfloor redone and tile laid in kitchen and laundry. Cabinets are next. The more we do to the home, the price will increase or be less negotiable. Estimated $18k left to make this feel like a fresh farmhouse.
