New furnace, new dishwasher and new plumbing in 2024. Basement provides ample storage or an additional office/workspace. The large, shaded backyard includes a patio area and raised beds for your garden. Cats and small dogs to be considered on a case by case basis. Tenant is only responsible for gas and electric; owner pays trash, water, sewer and weekly lawn service. We will hold an open house on Saturday, August 30th from 10am - 1pm for those interested. If an alternate time is needed, please message through Zillow. Owner pays trash, sewer, water & all yard maintenance. Tenant pays all other utilities and is responsible for snow removal per city of Denver Code. NO smoking. Pets, if approved, will require an additional deposit. Parking is on street only. There is a garage in the back of the house that is not accessible to the renter. Credit & Background check are required.
