Paid parking is available at the property. Parking passes are per vehicle, per number of nights and must be pre-purchased. Charges are $25 to $60 based on length of stay. The resort features well-maintained grounds, multiple pools, and hot tubs, creating a calm, family-friendly environment. Just a short drive away is Fort Morgan State Historic Site, Gulf State Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, The Wharf at Orange Beach, Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, and The Hangout. Several local operators offer boat tours that provide the chance to see playful dolphins in their natural habitat. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided.
