Plenty of firewood on the property. Cooling is by widow A/C units and most summer nights are cool enough to just use a few box fans in the windows. The 3rd bedroom was build as a 2nd large living room, but it has its own doors so it works great as a bedroom instead. The house is a little below the usual snow line going up hwy 32 So it snows a few times a year, but nothing extreme. There is one sweet cat that has lived around the house for 10 years.
