Thanks for your interest in one of our cottages. We are a small family owned property of 11 one bedroom cottages. We are conveniently located amongst the gently rolling hills of The California Central Coast, near wine country and the many offerings of San Luis Obispo County. We offer weekly, and monthly rates. We pride ourselves on providing very clean and comfortable turn-key lodging. Following is an explanation of our property, included amenities, and general policies. Each of our cottages is fully furnished with high quality furnishings, a queen size visco-memory-foam bed similar to a Tempur-Pedic, and full size kitchen appliances. None of our mattresses is kept in service longer than 12 months. Each cottage is outfitted with two high definition flat screen televisions - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. All utilities, Spectrum cable television, Spectrum high-speed wireless internet, and membership at Atascadero Kennedy Club Fitness and Aquatic Center is included for a mandatory $150 monthly fee. All utilities, cable television, high-speed wireless internet, and fitness center with swimming pool are also included. The quoted rate of $2,100 per month is for a rental term of six months or longer, and no more than two people. We offer rental terms as short as three months at slightly higher rates for people looking to relocate or on temporary work assignments. The Security Deposit of $2,260 is due upon signing. First month rent is due prior to move in. Each cottage has two parking spots - one in front, and one alongside the unit. Absolutely no smoking inside a cottage - and we ask if you smoke outside to please be respectful of other tenants. We will consider a tenant with a small pet with an additional monthly fee (if we have a pet friendly cottage available). We live at the property and take care of repairs and maintenance in a very timely manner.
