Furnished with twin bed and waterproof bed cover, desk, chair, small cabinet and shelves. Shared 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Kitchen and dining area access with light cooking. FREE Wireless internet. Owner and other renters partially pay for utilities (electricity, gas, water, trash, compost, sewer). 1.5 miles from freeways 10, 57, 60, 71. Only 3 miles from Cal Poly Pomona, 4.5 miles from Western University of Health Sciences - 4 minutes walking to bus stop. 5-8 minutes by car to restaurants, Walmart, Target, banks, Costco, 99 Ranch Market, Winco Foods, Kohl's, Best Buy, and much more. Testimonial from previous renter: "Living at this residence for the past year has been fantastic. The home is very clean and in a great, safe and family oriented neighborhood. Everyone is always out walking their dog or riding a bike. There is plenty nearby, including a grocery store, and there are lots of shops just a few miles south. There is freeway access within a mile or so and buses running to Cal Poly all day. If you want a quiet clean place to call home, this is it!! The room itself is a great size, plenty of space for all of my belongings. The bathroom is a generous size and I never encountered any issues with other roommates regarding its use. As for the kitchen, I really like the setup and layout. There was plenty of counter space for things we liked or needed to have out. There was plenty of space in the fridge and freezer.
