    What's special

    Home is totally waterproofed. It has three large 150 gal a minute pumps. One is attached to a large French drain for groundwater. One is a overflow pump and one is a septic pump to not allow water to come back into the house. The house will have a full house generator which will run off natural gas and or propane. Now has only one entrance from outside to lower level which also has a overflow pump installed near it. The deck has been completely rebuilt and is larger than it was. Almost every wall has been rebuilt and house has foam insulation throughout. Kitchen has been rebuilt and is 16 ft. wide with an island in it.
