We also conduct Mandatory Monthly inspections this is not an option we will give you 24 hours notice prior to the inspection. If any violations of any of our house rules or the rules of the HOA are found you will be evicted immediately and forfeit all monies paid including the security deposit. Rent is due by or on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th and you will be charged a $25.00 per day late fee after the 5th of each. If the rent is not paid by the 5th we will begin the eviction process. No expense was spared when designing and decorating this condo.
