Private room with private bath for rent at my house. The rest of the house is shared. This room is downstairs with your own full bath. The laundry room/sauna room is down there too. I will consider a pet for an extra $50 pet fee a month and if they are safe, clean, trained, and quiet. Free utilities, free wifi, free laundry, dumbbells, bench, treadmill, massage chair, and red light sauna. Must be respectful, clean, and a good personality fit to ensure harmony with other quality residents. Must not have a criminal background. 1-year lease. First month's rent and an equal security deposit required. If the lease is signed and the tenant does not take occupancy after payment, the security deposit will be treated as non-refundable. If the tenant vacates within the first three months, the security deposit will also be non-refundable to cover the owner's costs.
