Designed with comfort and ease in mind, this bright apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer in unit, and fast Wi-Fi. Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). Private nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. Height clearance for the private parking is 6'2" (1.88 m). Located in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami's most walkable neighborhoods, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafes, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, and Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby. Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are a quick ride away. The Metromover is steps away, connecting you to Downtown and the Arts District. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances.
