Located convieniently between Kenai and Soldotna. 2 Minutes to Eagle Rock Boat Launch, Cunningham Park, and Pillars. 8 Minutes to the Kenai Municipal Airport. 10 Minutes to Central Peninsula Hospital. This is a 5-Star rated vacation rental property that we are looking to turn into a longer-term rental due to less housekeeping / labor work involved. First month rent and security deposit due at the time of signing the rental lease. We are looking for a 9 month lease (August 1, 2026 - April 1, 2027) in this fully-furnished 2 bedroom / 1 full bathroom house. Up to 2 dogs allowed and there is a $1000 non-refundable dog fee per dog. No cats or other animals allowed indoors, unless special arrangements are made.
