Dear Zillow users! As I have been saying for some time Zillow Zestimates are basically worthless and a great disservice to buyers and sellers. They can easily be way high or way low rendering them pretty much useless. Zillow keeps ignoring this and has lowered the Zestimate for this property to $205,000 when it recently sold for $390,000. ZILLOW USERS BEWARE!!!
