Our beautiful Cave Creek home has a Detached Guest Casita with a private entrance, that will be available for rent on April 1, 2019. We are looking for a compatible tenant to our lifestyle. Owners live in adjacent main home with their children and 2 dogs. Chickens live on property in an enclosed coop/run (fresh eggs!). Neighbors have horses that look over the fence. Rural, laid back living. Rent includes furnished/unfurnished plus utilities, cable and Wi-Fi (approximately $200/$300 per month). Would consider pet that is compatible with our dogs and chickens.
