An open floor plan welcomes you with soaring beamed ceilings in the great room and a stone gas fireplace. Vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and ceiling fans are featured in the primary suite and guest rooms and living area. Durable vinyl plank flooring runs throughout, and the kitchen features granite countertops and Whirlpool stainless appliances including a range, dishwasher, refrigerator and over the range microwave. There is also a kitchen pantry, dining area, laundry closet with washer and dryer. The master suite features a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan and private en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a spacious walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms that share the main bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Outside, two covered porches provide seating areas for dining or relaxing, and an open deck leads to a fire pit area surrounded by Adirondack style chairs. A hot tub and gas grill make outdoor living enjoyable. Located in sought-after Coosawattee River Resort with amenities galore: swimming, fishing, kayaking, tubing, pickleball, tennis, and more. Tenant is responsibly for setting up all utilities except for propane. Tenant will request propane refills when needed and owner will charge tenant directly. At move in, tank is half full and tenant is expected to fill back to half full at lease end. Tenants expected to uphold all rules and regulations of Coosawattee River Resort. $59 fee to register and $20 per vehicle tag for gate access, to be paid directly to Coosawattee River Resort Association.
