This beautiful and clean modern loft on a secluded private lane is set up with all the comforts of home. All utilities are included in the listing price. This loft has recently been updated and features soaring 12 foot ceilings. Open concept living room has a ceiling fan and built in bookcase with storage cabinetry, and is open to the kitchen and dining room with a large dining table that doubles as a second workspace. A large kitchen has everything you need to cook gourmet meals. There is plenty of storage, dishware, utensils, and storage containers. Butcher block counters make meal prep and clean up easy. The master bedroom also has a soaring ceiling with a ceiling fan and is beautifully decorated in restful tones. Bedroom two has a twin bed with a desk and office supplies. The full bathroom is stocked with starter toiletries for your convenience. The upstairs loft space is set up as a reading area with two comfy chairs and string lights for ambiance, and is the perfect space for extra office space, meditation, stretching or yoga. The patio area in front has an outdoor dining table for four, with umbrella and BBQ to take advantage of our beautiful California weather. This loft is one side of a duplex and was built with a double thick wall and soundproofing on the shared wall. The laundry room is shared with a single tenant and is available for your private use M-F. This tenant has been with us over fifteen years, is very quiet, and helps us manage the property. There is driveway parking for up to three cars. We lived in this home for two months to make sure it had every detail attended to and everything it needed for a comfortable and inviting stay! All utilities are paid for by the owner. No smoking anywhere on the property including outside. Dogs welcome with owners approval for a pet rent fee of $25 per dog a month and a pet deposit of $300. Larger dogs may require an additional deposit. Sorry, no cats. Cleaning fee of $250 due with deposit. If the loft is left unreasonably dirty, you may not receive a full refund on this deposit. There is a 30 day minimum stay requirement. If adding extra days, rent will be prorated at the cost of $100 per day. Ample driveway parking available for three cars and laundry room available for private use Monday-Friday.
