Master bedroom located on second floor with en-suite bath. (Loft in MB will be used to store owners belongings.) Lower level primary bedroom has two double beds, ensuite bath and walks out to the patio on Gore Creek. Second lower level bedroom has two single beds and walks out to the patio. Washer/Dryer and third bathroom also on lower level. No smoking inside or outside of property. No pets per HOA rules. Rental does NOT include membership to the Vail Racket Club, but can be purchased separately. Apres Cafe located on property and is a five minute walk. Two non-assigned parking spots and five minute walk to free east vail bus. Maximum SIX renters allowed. First month, last month, and security deposit required. Four month lease from January 6th - April 30th. No smoking anywhere on property (inside, patio or balcony). No pets per HOA. Smoking on property and /or violation of HOA rules will result in termination of lease and forfeiture of security deposit. Owner's cleaning service will clean townhome once a month for a fee of $300 which is INCLUDED in the base rent. Additional cleaning available at renters expense. Renter responsible for $300 cleaning fee upon termination of the lease. Owner will provided two parking passes which will be returned upon termination of lease.
