Our tranquil townhomes feature covered entrance, large closets, on-demand hot water, heated floors, private parking, a quiet setting, convenient coin-op laundry on site, and a generous "bonus room" loft upstairs, and packaged amenities. Our tenants enjoy being able to pay rent online and our online work orders. There is no forced air in our buildings! In addition to the floor heat, tenants have a heating and cooling unit in the living room and fans that distribute that heated or cooled air throughout the unit. Owner pays for gas, electric, water/sewer/refuse, mowing and plowing. Tenant pays for cable/phone/internet (if they desire these services)
