There is a window AC unit provided with the room. $1000 per month: Unfurnished 135 sq ft (9x15 ft) bedroom with a built-in closet in the basement. Has an attached private bath (8.5x6 ft). I'm also willing to rent out the private use of the 282 sq ft basement living room (12x23.5 ft) and negotiate the additional cost. The bath, bedroom, and living room makes up the entire basement.
