New vinyl windows were added but the original windows were not removed (daughter assumes her father thought it would be more energy efficient)

Property taxes were reduced due to age so we aren't sure of the original amount.
Bathroom is primary bedroom had a drain problem (small sag in the pipe going to the septic tank.) Was repaired but the plumber suggested they not flush toilet paper or if they did to flush twice to ensure it didn't get caught in the sagged area.
Additional field line was added in 2022 and septic tank was pumped.
Laundry room drain for the washer was clogged a few months ago so they let it empty into the wash sink. (Mother was ill and they didn't take time to get it repaired.)
Gas heater in the den conveys and there is also an exit for a stove pipe if buyer wanted to install a wood stove.
Alarm system works but needs new batteries.
Septic permit was for 3 bedroom but home actually has 4 bedrooms.
