This complex has two floor plans of studio apartments, The Dogwood and The Laurel. The Dogwood is a corner unit with additional windows to allow in ample sunlight! All units have granite counters, luxury vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and a ceiling fan in the living/bedroom. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same as the rental amount. The administrative fee is $75 per person. The rental price includes wi-fi, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $80 for water and electricity. Parking at this complex is limited, and spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is an additional $70 per month. There is no guest parking available, and these units are NOT pet-friendly.
