It's been an amazing first home with lots of love put into it. When I bought the house in 2017 there was a lot of remodeling going on. The back yard was a weed garden with nothing done to it. A big concrete patio was poured in back, beautiful 4' retaining wall with trees and grass up top. The neighborhood is amazingly quiet. Very safe and really nice, welcoming neighbors. School district schools are top-notch. There's a big park just up the block from the house with a playground. Just a few blocks to the north is a small children's watermark next to a great grass field and playground. Inside the home you have everything you need - a very livable layout for a single person, roommates, a couple or family. The garage is big enough to hold all your outdoor gear and a car. An open kitchen with storage for all your cooking essentials. Lots of natural light flows into the house through the many windows. This is a great house to call home! Tenant is responsible for trash, water, electricity, heat and cable/internet. Minimum credit score of 600 is required. One pet welcome. Non-refundable pet deposit of $750 required in first month rent payment.
