    What's special

    We are selling our oversize Ranch style home. All the bedrooms are bigger than normal with oversize closets. Both bathrooms are oversize and have double sinks. The living room and kitchen/dining room have an open concept design to make it the center of all the family fun. It has a formal dining room also, but we used it as another family room instead, and now it's a playroom for our grandchildren. It has a Mudroom as you walk in the house from the attached two-car garage, and also has a separate laundry room and utility room. The Master bedroom is huge, with a nice size walk in closet and a master bath containing a large garden bathtub and separate shower. The hallway is extra wide also, to make room for lots of traffic, and we also thought it would be very handicap accessible. The Foyer has two large closets in it as you walk into the house from the front door. One thing we have noticed while looking at houses in the area is that many need to be updated badly before they are ready to move into. This really sets our house apart, since its move in ready right now! The exterior of the house is brick and vinyl, with a new roof put on in the last 5 years. Another unique feature of the house is it has an oversize cement driveway from the paved road. It leaves room to get in both garage doors and still have room to park an RV, Boat, etc outside. The plus side is no added maintenance of gravel or the dust and dirt that comes along with a gravel driveway. The location of the house is fantastic for our area. It sets on 3 plus acres that are partially wooded, and it is two miles out of town on a paved road. This is a wonderful home in a great location.
