Thank you for your interest in our house available for rent it is still vacant and ready for immediate move in The minimum lease of 12 month is standard a possibility of extending / renewing the lease after the first year expires I once listed my house with a realtor company but the amount they were putting on my property was too much just because they have lots of properties to lease while their commission is not fair so my wife advised me to rent it out myself I'm no longer dealing with anyone
