All electric appliances, so no gas bill. Home is on City Water but has septic tank, so there is no sewage bill. Central Heat with 3 separate window AC units, to save money on electric bill. Large shady porch, with seperate screened area. Seperate Workshop / Storage Building with sink, and also another storage building. Rent is $650 per month. First, Last, and $300 Security Deposit required (NO EXCEPTIONS ) That means $1,600 required to move in. Lease will run until end of June, 2018. Proof of Employment and Rental References Required (or guarantee from parents of students). Non-smoker preferred. No alcoholics, druggies, or convicted felons! Please send your full name, phone number and e-mail address. I will contact you to arrange viewing. Please also tell me a bit about your situation, like who will be living there, student, occupation, etc. Since I (the Landlord) live next-door, and I'd prefer a nice, honest, quiet neighbor (and friend). Let me make this perfectly clear - I expect the rent to be paid in-full, every month, on or before the first of the month. No excuses. If this is not acceptable, please live somewhere else. I am very easy to get along with, but I am tired of deadbeats who don't pay their bills. First, Last & Security due at lease signing (total of $1,600).
