We will also conduct a standard background check and employment verification on applicants. Pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Renters insurance (including liability to landlord insurance- LLI) is required before your move-in date. If not provided before your move-in date, we offer a liability policy for $15/month per tenant, which will be charged automatically and cannot be refunded and is not prorated based on your lease start date/move-in date.
