A spacious and peaceful, fully furnished shared home tucked away on the Eastern edge of Grand Traverse County, Nature's Edge is ideal for nature lovers. Offering the conveniences of home, spaces for respite, and opportunities for outdoor experiences, we hope to be a place where you find comfort and contentment. The Loft is located on the second floor, and is accessed through a common first floor entry. It features a private sitting area, private full bath, and bedroom with queen size bed overlooking wooded acreage. Renters may also enjoy the shared main floor dining, fully equipped kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, and laundry. Relax on the expansive outdoor tiered deck, listen to the birds chirp their happy stories, and breathe in the fresh and earthy air. For a bit of activity, roast marshmallows on the campfire, hike or snowshoe the nearby trails, or drive a short distance to the many lakes that surround Nature's Edge. Lease durations are flexible, with a minimum of one (1) month. Special considerations: Although we are dog lovers, since we already have two of our own, we do not allow pets. Space is available for one (1) renter. Accommodations may be considered for a second, with monthly rental terms to be negotiated. No smoking allowed inside the home or garage. Renters will be provided with one parking space in the driveway. We provide all home maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care. We ask that you share in the house cleaning by regularly keeping the Loft area, bedroom and bath clean, and cleaning up after yourself in the shared spaces.
