There are solar panels on the roof and the production has covered heat for the apartment in the past, but of course that is dependent on weather and how you set the thermostat. Shared use of the BBQ, patio, courtyard and the expansive front lawn is great for soccer or frisbee. I maintain a meadow in the back of the property with a nice walking path. I plow the flat driveway if there has been more than 3-4" of snow. 1 year lease, estimated utilities is $125 a month, but if it is a cold winter or you like the temperature high in the winter, there could be additional fees.
