In the yard there is plenty of room to enjoy with your friends and family, we even have a small fire pit for those cold nights, and back in the valley it does get cold! You can rest assured your neighbors are laid back, and welcoming, yet have no problems keeping to themselves. We pride ourselves on keeping the house clean, well maintained, and the grounds manicured. Inside the apartment you will find tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom, like-new cabinets and quartz counter-top, and Like-new appliances. Throughout the rest of the apartment we have utilized high quality laminate plank flooring which is very nice to walk on, and keeps our footsteps quiet, it is also very easy to clean. Each lighting fixture utilizes LED bulbs so as to save as much energy as possible. While we are slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of Kaneohe, we are still close enough to be able to enjoy a night out without too much of a drive. The real value is in the peace, quiet, and beauty of our surroundings. You will always come home, and head out with a smile after a look around at the valley, which turns into an amazing display of 14 waterfalls when it rains. Certainly a place to consider.
