We just had the outside updated with new paint Sherwin Williams Iron Ore on the Hardy plank, we have 3000 square feet the only unfinished area is the basement bathroom. There is a cold storage. 5 bedrooms 2 baths but could have 3 if you are wanting to finish the downstairs one. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Our neighbors are literally a dream, 14 homes and everyone gets along! We have a group chat I started the year we all Started building and each new person was added, so if you ever need a cup of sugar etc is super handy. I will Dearly miss them, if you are not social this is not the home for you, neighbor helping neighbor is what we do. Small town walking biking path behind my home. No backyard neighbors just farm field, we are 23 minutes from SLC airport but still in the country. Erda only has a gas station & homemade jerky store.
