Single spare bedroom with private single bathroom. We share the living room kitchen and dining area. I have cats so i dont prefer having any dogs in the house. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere and i keep the house clean and organized. The bedroom has a walk in closet for storage and some provided furniture but no bed. You will have to get a blow up bed or bring your own. Linen closet in the hall by bathroom. Nice sized bedroom and new ceiling fans. Month to month lease agreement. No smoking inside the house. 1 month notice if planning on moving out... pet deposit for each pet if you have one non refundable
