Two story home turn of the century home. It was an original homestead in the late 18oos. It has been upgraded & improved on, however most of the colonial charm has been left in tact. The view is wonderful. Room & saftey for children to run and play. 45 minutes from Pittsburgh. 20 minutes from Boardman. Country living but not to far from the city. Neighborhood Description we have the best neighbors. we watch out for each other. if my driveway is snow covered, our one neighbor has it plowed out before I even get home from work. If I need my garden tilled, all I have to do is ask. Very friendly & helpful. Also very private. No one bothers in your business.
