Property has a ton of great potential. When I say this,I mean it needs work, but with work its a great foundation to start with.Some work started,some not finished,some not started. But main level living is nice!Loft and bedrooms up,nice, and basement is also on its way to becoming nice-Now,it is sold AS-IS and FURNACE IS BAD.What this means is we are not doing repairs-for any reason.Only reason I say this is some might think we are, or can, or will-so we wont.Just like to keep it simple.**FURNACE BAD and DOES NOT WORK**
