Neighborhood Description Very homey and clean-cut - complete with everybody waving to one another as they pass, driving slowly for the likelihood of children playing, and cleaning up after their dogs when they walk them. There are lots of gorgeous, mature trees that turn colors in October, and the whole neighborhood is rife with decor reflecting the changing seasons and holidays. It's a total throwback to the best parts of fifties sitcom stereotypes, but without the racist, sexist and Commie-fearing overtones.
