The bedroom has 1 queen sized bed as well as a full and twin bunk bed. The property has 2 private ponds and a creek running through it, and is truly a Northern Michigan treasure. The property is only 10 minutes from the area ski resorts, as well as downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs and surrounded by area golf courses. This cottage has been completely remodeled with new everything sparring no expense, This is truly a beautiful Northern Michigan cottage loaded with rustic charm while having all of the modern advantages and comforts. All utilities are included, water, electric, garbage, and even internet, and cable. This is for a 6 month lease with a month to month extension till June. The renter must leave by June 1st. We will require 1st and last months rent along with $850 security deposit.
