Only 10 minutes from the heart of Kilauea town, this fully furnished home is available as a 6 to 8 month rental (April December). The home was designed and built by a former artist, with unique touches throughout from custom built-ins to quality finishes all oriented to take in sweeping ocean, mountain, pasture, and garden views. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and the screened-in lanai flows right off the living room, creating an easy indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Upstairs, the vaulted ceilings open up the main living area, which includes the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, plus two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has two twin beds perfect for kids or guests while the other features a queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including plenty of gadgets for cooking at home, along with granite countertops, Brazilian cherry floors, and multiple pantries for storage. Downstairs is the spacious primary suite has a king bed, office nook with multiple closets and a full bathroom. The freestanding soaking tub is a highlight, along with a separate shower. Each bedroom also has access to its own covered lanai, so there's plenty of space to relax. The home sits on a lush 3 acre property with a wide variety of fruit trees, including lemon, lime, avocado, mango, papaya, mangosteen, pomelo, chico fruit, coconut, bananas, cacao, and more feel free to enjoy what's in season.
