Everybody says "what a pretty house", and it's true. It was built in 1901 and has had some updating over the years and very livable but awaits your vision. My favorite features of the house are the big front porch, farm style kitchen with space to sit around the table, formal dining room and the big claw foot tub. The furnace, hot water heater and copper plumbing are relatively new. The den/office upstairs adjoins one of the bedrooms. Great neighborhood and close to park, eats and retail.
